This Association welcomes you to our school.  Parent involvement at all levels is actively encouraged and valued.  The P & C meets on the second Monday of each month to focus on overall management matters.  Services and facilities that they manage are :  School Uniform Shop and Tuckshop.   The meetings of the Association are also a parent forum for input and advice regarding all matters concerning the school.   While the P & C's involvement is with management matters, fundraising is still essential.   Meeting times and requests for assistance are regularly conveyed through the "Guyala Gazette".

All parents are entitled to membership.  We recommend strongly that you become actively involved as it provides the opportunity for you to actively support the school and help.

VOLUNTARY RESOURCE CONTRIBUTION

It is our aim to provide a quality, cost effective education for your child.  For this reason we keep to a minimum requests for financial assistance.  However, the provision of both services and resources continues to escalate and for this reason all parents are reminded of our contribution scheme.    The levy is set each year at the Annual General Meeting of the P & C Association.  2009 Levy - $40 per family per year or $10 per family per term.
